Storied Partners seeks to leverage capital & develop transformative projects in emerging markets with an emphasis on projects anchored by & adjacent to Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs) and similar multicultural community assets.

Our Thesis

HBCUs and their adjacent communities are historically underinvested engines of economic development. Our firm is committed to fully realizing the development potential of HBCUs by creating additional value for institutions, municipalities, and investment partners alike. Storied Partners chooses to support HBCUs as they:

• Provide approximately $15 billion in annual economic impact.
• Support approximately 198,000 direct and indirect jobs nationwide.
• Enroll approximately 292,000 college students each year. 
• Graduate 20% of Black college graduates annually
